Who We Are

• Built real estate companies, including creating and executing the operating and capital structure of a Goldman Sachs affiliate, which became its largest partner in North America.

• 30+ years of multi-disciplinary experience performing asset, portfolio and transaction management, ranging from responsibility for all aspects of a lender/borrower relationship, and the multitude of associated daily monitoring tasks, to executing an asset business plan, including negotiating all transactions necessary to achieve that plan and integrating those transactions into a company’s operations.

• Executed and managed billions of dollars of transactions, covering millions of square feet, across a multitude of asset types.

• Deeply developed skill sets working through debt restructuring and distressed asset resolution, many of which required heavily negotiated and litigated resolutions of multi-layered capital stacks of equity, debt and syndications.
